The coffee
We’ve cultivated a relationship with Heart of Brasil, sourcing coffee from their grandparents farm in the hills of Santa Bárbara do Leste, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The farm has been in the family for over 100 years, and we are proud to partner with them to bring you a delicious cup of coffee.
Hand picked catuai cherries are dried in the sun for a sweet natural flavor and balanced cup of coffee. We roast the beans medium for a developed flavor and coffee that tastes great with milk and other flavors.
