This blend is a staple here at Battlecreek Coffee Roasters. Our House Blend is always comprised of two very highly rated coffees and rotates based on the seasonality of each origin. Our House Blend is a 50/50 mix of Ethiopian Shakiso and our Guatemala Huehuetenango which are both available as a single origin. This is an omni blend or a blend ideal for espresso, with a slightly more developed roast profile than our house blend.
